Healthy Asian Recipes cookbooks

ICHS is pleased to offer a series of cookbooks titled Healthy Asian Recipes. The cookbooks feature traditional Asian recipes that have been modified to reduce fat, sugar, and salt content, making them healthier and more suitable for people living with diabetes or anyone interested in cooking healthier versions of their favorite meals.
