Join a class for seniors and older adults of all fitness levels to improve strength and conditioning, and flexibility and balance. Better health means faster recovery from illness, greater quality of life and increased independence. Join a supportive, multicultural, multilingual class that can be done standing or seated to accommodate those with mobility issues and other physical limitations. Instruction in both English and Korean.
