Why I Work at ICHS:
Health is a fundamental human right. I’m proud to work for an organization rooted in our community, and dedicated to working with people from around the world.
Patient Care Philosophy:
The body has an innate ability to heal. To support that healing, I combine conventional medicine with nutrition, stress reduction techniques, herbal medicine, functional medicine, yoga-based physical therapy and osteopathy. My role as a physician is to try to understand all aspects of my patients’ lives, accompany them throughout the ups and downs, and empower them to make change.
Clinical areas of interest:
Women’s health, natural childbirth, Integrative medicine, addiction, Latino health, immigrant health, and LGBTQ health.
Interesting Note About Myself:
I love learning about other cultures and travel as much as possible. In Seattle I spend my free time blues dancing, practicing yoga, enjoying the outdoors, and cooking healthy seasonal food.
