Why I Work at ICHS:
Health is a fundamental human right. I’m proud to work for an organization rooted in our community and dedicated to working with people from around the world. I have a fellowship in integrative medicine, and so am interested in working with people on mind body medicine, using food as medicine, supplements and herbal medicine, and other natural and holistic approaches to health.
Patient Care Philosophy:
The body has an innate ability to heal. To support that healing, I combine conventional medicine with nutrition, stress reduction techniques, herbal medicine, functional medicine, yoga-based physical therapy and osteopathy. My role as a physician is to try to understand all aspects of my patients’ lives, accompany them throughout the ups and downs, and empower them to make change.
Interesting Note About Myself:
I love learning about other cultures and travel as much as possible. In Seattle I spend my free time blues dancing, practicing yoga, enjoying the outdoors, and cooking healthy seasonal food.
