What care looks like
Our clients meet individually with their mental health clinician for an intake appointment to discuss needs and strengths of the client. Based upon that appointment, treatment goals are made collaboratively between the provider and client. Follow up appointments typically last one hour and our clinicians use evidence-based practices to support you in your journey towards wellness. Additional resources such as group therapy, case management, and medication management can be accessed as needed.
