As a proud immigrant from Vietnam, I understand how the health care system is different in other countries compared to the United States. In my humble opinion, it is important to be open and understanding and accepting of other cultures in order to provide compassionate care. My mission is to build trusting relationships with patients, addressing and eliminating patient uncertainties and fear when they walk into our clinic.
Patient Care Philosophy:
I strongly believe that each patient deserves undivided attention and excellent care every time they sit in one of our chairs. Therefore, my goal is to treat all patients like family and to work with them towards optimal health.
Interesting Note About Myself:
I love the water and being surrounded by nature. I also love sports and recently signed up for acting classes. Having a good balance between work and other activities keeps me at my best when patients come to ICHS.

Associate of Dental Hygiene
Certification:

Why I Work at ICHS:
I volunteered at ICHS while in college 10 years ago and I fell in love with the multicultural and diverse setting that ICHS provided. I am grateful for organizations like ICHS, which provide affordable and quality health care for all and I am honored to be a part of the organization.
Patient Care Philosophy:
Treat patients with the best care like I would want to be treated.
Interesting Note About Myself:
I had major dental anxiety growing up and I had my very first dental cleaning at ICHS International District clinic after I immigrated to America. The kindness and patience that the doctor and clinic staff exhibited helped me overcome my anxiety and motivated me to work in the dental field.

WHY I WORK AT ICHS:
I enjoy interacting with and serving a diverse population.
PATIENT CARE PHILOSOPHY:
I treat all of my patients like family and I try to have a gentle chairside manner.
From the initial visit, I enjoy getting to know my patients (dental and non-dental
related) and I will address any concerns/questions you may have regarding your
dental care.
INTERESTING NOTE ABOUT MYSELF:
I recently moved to Seattle from Houston with my family and so far, we love it! I
especially look forward to the scenic view from I-‐90 during my morning commute. Please
let me know of any outdoor activities that a newbie like myself can do.

Why I Work at ICHS:
ICHS provides a very rewarding and enjoyable work environment. I love working with our patients. They are very kind and appreciative of our care.
Patient Care Philosophy:
Treat patients the same way you would treat your family member. Communication is important, and a patient’s opinion is essential to providing the best care possible.
Interesting Note About Myself:
I vacation any time of the year except summertime. That’s because Seattle has such amazing outdoor opportunities. I go kayaking, fishing, and take the dog out whenever I get the chance.
I love working with people and learning about them. It is cool that there is so much similarity between all of our different cultures. Shared understanding of each other makes us stronger at ICHS.
Patient Care Philosophy:
Empowering people with knowledge and skills in oral care is the cornerstone to lifelong good oral health.
Interesting Note About Myself:
My husband and I just bought an 110 year old Seattle project house that we hope eventually will be our home. So I am now ‘interested’ and engrossed in home re-modelling.
