Stay healthy and active with ICHS’ Walk the Mall group. Mall walking is a great way to get exercise regardless of the weather — even better when you can enjoy the company of others. Come every week or as the time suits you. No need to register, just show up with your walking shoes! Group meets inside the food court in front of Jo Ann Fabrics.

Together, members celebrate culture and traditions, give and receive help finding resources and fulfilling aspirations, and create a healthier and more viable Mien community.
