ICHS offers medical, dental and vision benefits with no premium costs for employees and a very low deductible. We have 9 paid holidays throughout the year and employees start with 17 days Paid Time Off (PTO) in the first year, getting to 25 PTO days by their 3rd year. ICHS also has a 403(b) retirement account which is just like a 401(k) but for the nonprofit sector and contributes 4% of employees’ annual salary regardless of if the employee contributes or not. ICHS also has an Employee Assistant Program, a Wellness Program (including discounts on gym memberships), Disability Insurance, Life & AD&D Insurance, as well as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for employees to use their pre-tax money to cover approved medical, childcare, and parking/transportation costs.

Other Opportunities to get involved

ICHS welcomes volunteers of all backgrounds. Please note any second language ability or health care or community interest when you apply. People can volunteer for a few hours each week, a few hours each month or periodically.
