Interesting Note About Myself:

I enjoy outdoor activities, exploring Seattle and the Pacific Northwest, watching documentary films, discovering good food spots, and going on road trips (I have driven across the country twice).  I am a huge animal lover and love spending time with my tabby cat and new puppy.

Patient Care Philosophy:

The body has an innate ability to heal. To support that healing, I combine conventional medicine with nutrition, stress reduction techniques, herbal medicine, functional medicine, yoga-based physical therapy and osteopathy. My role as a physician is to try to understand all aspects of my patients’ lives, accompany them throughout the ups and downs, and empower them to make change.
